Xiang-Yu Li took his bachelors degree from Lanzhou University, CHina, and his masters from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014.

Xiang-Yu started his PhD studies at Nordita and the Department of Meteorology at Stockholm University in the fall of 2014, under the supervision of Axel Brandenburg (Nordita) and Gunilla Svensson (Stockholm University). He is interested in particle transport and clustering in stratified atmospheric geophysical turbulence, as well as acceleration of raindrop formation in clouds.
