About
Sergey Pershoguba Sergey Pershoguba received his PhD from the University of Maryland in the summer of 2014. He was a postdoc in Nordita in 2014-2017 working with Alexander Balatsky on the theory of Dirac materials. In 2017, he moved to Yale University for a postdoctoral appointment.
Sergey is interested in various aspects of condensed matter theory, such as: topology and geometry in condensed matter physics, effects of a strong magnetic field in solids, superconductivity, electromagnetic response of novel materials, etc.
