Martin Heinze received his PhD in theoretical physics from Humboldt University Berlin in December 2014. Since then he has been a PostDoc at the University of Hamburg.

Martin's research resides in the field of the AdS/CFT correspondence. In particular, he is interested in quantization of AdS superstrings from first principles, which motivated him to investigate quantization of AdS superparticles by means of geometric quantization. Furthermore, Martin is also following the recent progress on Yang-Baxter deformations of string theories in semisymmetric superspaces.
