About

Josh Nohle received his PhD from UCLA in 2015.

Josh's research focuses on the structure of scattering amplitudes in gauge and gravity theories. One avenue of research aims to better understand color-kinematics duality, which allows for the expression of gravity amplitudes as two copies of gauge-theory amplitudes. Another closely-related area of investigation involves the computation and analysis of quantum (loop) corrections in gauge-theory and gravity scattering processes. He also studies the behavior of scattering amplitudes with low-energy particles in gauge, gravity and spontaneously-broken theories at tree and loop level.
